Midwest Junto 2021 CFP–February 12 deadline

The 63rd meeting of the Midwest Junto for the History of Science will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s meeting will be virtual, with speakers delivering papers remotely on Zoom.
For more than six decades, the Midwest Junto has fostered an informal, congenial environment where students, faculty, and independent scholars can gather to discuss their research. We welcome submissions for fifteen-minute presentations on any aspect of the history of science, technology, or medicine, as well as related STS fields. Graduate students from Midwestern history of science and STS programs are particularly welcome to participate.
Please submit an abstract (300 words maximum), including your name, institutional affiliation, faculty or graduate student status, email, and phone number, to midwestjunto@gmail.com by February 12, 2021.
Further information about the conference will be posted on the Junto homepage (https://midwestjunto.wordpress.com/) as it becomes available. Please contact the Junto’s president, Ben Gross, if you have any additional questions.
