Historic Saranac Lake seeks a consultant for the development of new exhibits at the Saranac Laboratory Museum, in the Adirondack Park of Northern New York. This is a Milestones in Microbiology site, built in 1894 by Dr. Edward Livingston Trudeau for the study of tuberculosis.

We are interested in connecting with a student or scholar in the history of microbiology to consult on the new exhibits. Work can be done remotely. Grant funding will support a stipend up to $1,000. We are hoping to work with someone who has experience presenting history of science and current topics in science for the general public in museum settings.
