The Organizing Committee cordially invites historians, philosophers and all scientists interested in HPS from all over the world to participate at the First Open Congress of Russian Society for History and Philosophy of Science (RSHPS) entitled “History and Philosophy of Science in the Time of Change”, to be held on September 14-16, 2018, in Moscow, Russia. The Congress will be organized by the Institute of Philosophy, Russian Academy of Sciences, in cooperation with Lomonosov Moscow State University and other leading educational and academic institutions.
