The Mashantucket Pequot Museum & Research Center is hosting the 10th Biennial Annual International Fields of Conflict Conference September 26-30, 2018. The conference will showcase new perspectives regarding conflict and diplomacy, and conflict archaeology including new archaeological methods, military technologies, battlefield sites, and military archaeology. Also, unique to past FOC conferences, we would like to invite experts to share their research as it pertains to battlefield medicine, trauma, disease and health during times of conflict in historical and contemporary communities.
Call for papers
Submissions of papers and posters are encouraged on all aspects of conflict spanning all time-periods and regions. All submissions are due February 1, 2018.
