The section on Science and Technology for the Northeast Popular/American Culture Association (NEPCA) is accepting paper proposals for NEPCA’s annual fall conference. This year’s conference will be held at Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH on October 30-31, 2015.

NEPCA welcomes paper proposals that explore the relation of science and technology to popular culture and to American culture. Scholars of all levels and disciplines are encouraged to submit, and science and technology are broadly defined. NEPCA presentations are generally 15-20 minutes in length and may be delivered either formally or informally. NEPCA prides itself on holding conferences that emphasize sharing ideas in a non-competitive and supportive environment involving graduate students, junior faculty, and senior scholars.
